Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions, together with Australian Consumer Law, constitutes the contract between the customer and Work Leisure Play for the supply of products. The contract cannot be varied unless there is prior agreement between Work Leisure Play and the buyer. Buyers are assumed to agree with full terms and conditions when buying an item. While all care is taken in the item listings, any errors or omissions in the listings are unintentional and may be corrected prior to the item being dispatched.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that at times you can change your mind. If for any reason you change your mind about any of the products you purchase from us, simply contact us in writing within 7 days to be guided through getting a refund. Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in 'as new' resellable condition. A used item will incur up to 30% restocking fee. The cost of returning the item and the original delivery cost to Work Leisure Play will not be refunded. In order to facilitate a return under these Terms and Conditions, contact us directly. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely.

Warranty

Work Leisure Play offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Work Leisure Play warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Work Leisure Play within 7 days of purchase, Work Leisure Play may, at its option, repair the products, provide replacement parts, or arrange a full replacement. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Work Leisure Play after 7 days of purchase, Work Leisure Play will replace the parts needed to repair the products. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.

Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance). All parts considered to be perishable (such as batteries), accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.

Dead on arrival product is not something to expect when you buy from Work Leisure Play. However, should your item not function on arrival you are entitled to return the product to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement at your request. The item needs to be returned and inspected prior to the resolution being provided.
